USEFUL INFORMATION

Parking
Please use the Clubhouse car park.

Check-in      
Upon arrival, please make your way to the Clubhouse and then continue to the check-in desk.

Changing     
Changing facilities are available to use in the Clubhouse.

Timings        
06.30 – 14.00 Check-in and breakfast/brunch in the Clubhouse
07.30 – 14.00 Tee times from hole 1 (40 teams)
​12.00 – 19.00  Lunch/Snacks in the Clubhouse post round

Practice       
​The driving range and putting green will be available for use.

Golf
18 holes in 4-balls.
​Par is your friend - The team will select the best tee shot of the whole team on all holes (including par 3’s). All 4 amateurs then play their second shot from this position. After the second shots, (this could be a putt on a par 3), each player continues and completes the hole with his own ball. The best net score at each hole will count towards the team score.

N.B. AS SOON AS A PLAYER CANNOT CONTRIBUTE WITH A NET BIRDIE OR BETTER, HE/SHE SHOULD PICK UP.

Maximum of 18 for men and 24 for ladies.

Tournament tees.

Buggies
Please note buggies will not be provided. Please bring your own trolley if you have one. If you do not have one please let us know in advance.

Prize giving 
Due to the one tee start, there will not be a prize giving on site and the prizes will be sent by post.
